Four years in private practice. I am a late-realised autistic professional who understands what it means to live on the periphery. My insight is further sharpened by raising two neurodivergent children (ADHD and AuDHD). I do not look at neurodivergence through a textbook lens. I work fluidly across all neurotypes, cutting through clinical detachment to offer real, lived-experience therapy for people who are tired of trying to fit in.
Human beings do not fit into neat boxes. Whatever your labels, your experience of the world is entirely your own. That is why my approach is tailored to you, driven by genuine curiosity. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our sessions, working at your pace through conversation or creative tools to help you untangle the past and live authentically.
Our first session is a gentle, low-pressure space to see how we click. There is no interrogation. We will map out what brought you here, what you need, and how you prefer to communicate. Moving forward, you set the agenda. Whether you want to talk, use creative mediums, or simply process aloud, I am right there with you, guiding you to uncover the patterns holding you back.
