I am a qualified person centred counsellor with over 26 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, as well as people who want to better understand their patterns of thinking, feeling and responding, and how they relate to the world around them.
I have had the privilege of working with many different people, supporting them to build self awareness, confidence and a stronger sense of themselves in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect. I offer a safe, non judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood without pressure to think or communicate in a certain way.
I recognise that everyone processes things differently, so I work flexibly and at your pace. Whether you prefer to talk things through, take time to reflect, or explore your experiences in a less structured way, I will meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels right for you.
