I offer a warm, calm online counselling experience for neurodivergent adults across the UK. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent women, including those who identify as autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or who are exploring neurodivergence later in life.
You donβt need a diagnosis to work with me, and I welcome anyone who feels drawn to wanting a gentle, reflective space to work in.
Many of the people I support experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, low self-esteem, or a long-standing sense of not quite fitting in. Some are navigating life transitions, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past trauma.
Collaboratively, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable, helping you better understand yourself and find ways of coping that feel authentic and sustainable.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and flexible. I draw on humanistic and Gestalt principles, alongside ongoing learning in areas such as nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and trauma processing. I pay attention to both what you are thinking and what you may be noticing in your body, as this can often provide helpful insight, particularly for neurodivergent and highly sensitive clients.
My communication style is direct, empathetic, warm and genuine. I play an active role in your sessions (I am not the silent type).
Alongside emotional support, I will help you notice patterns, make sense of emotional responses and explore the impact of past experiences and relationships.
My work is trauma-informed and affirming of difference and individuality. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive or simply feel they experience the world differently from those around them.
Working online allows you to access counselling from the comfort of your own space. Online sessions can be especially supportive if you prefer familiar surroundings, need flexibility, or find travel and waiting rooms overwhelming. You are welcome to attend sessions in whatever way feels easiest β with your camera on or off, taking pauses, or moving around if needed.
