Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or life changes such as bereavement, redundancy, or relationship challenges, I’m here to offer a steady, compassionate space.
I’m the kind of counsellor who listens deeply but also responds. I take part in the conversation. I’m not a silent observer in the corner. I strive to be warm and engaged. I believe strongly in the importance of a healthy therapeutic relationship, one built on trust, empathy, and genuine connection.
Alongside my counselling work, I’ve spent many years working in education, supporting children and teenagers with additional needs, including SEN and neurodivergent young people. This experience has shaped the way I work. I am patient, attuned, adaptable, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique way of being in the world.
Before we begin, we’ll have a free 20‑minute phone call. This is a gentle opportunity to introduce ourselves, talk through what’s bringing you to counselling, explore any questions you may have, and get a sense of my approach. Together, we can see whether this feels like the right fit for you.
If you decide to continue, we’ll agree on a regular session time. This can be weekly or every other week. With flexibility, to adjust as life shifts.
I currently offer online and telephone sessions. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £50. Counselling from the comfort of your own home. No need to travel. You choose the location.
The counselling space is yours. You set the pace. We can explore what feels important, whether that’s something very clear or something still taking shape. My aim is to offer a warm, grounded environment where you feel safe Where you feel comfortable, and supported to share your story.
