I’m the kind of counsellor who listens deeply but also responds. I take part in the conversation. I’m not a silent observer in the corner. I’m warm, empathetic and engaged. I believe strongly in the importance of a healthy therapeutic relationship, one built on trust, empathy, and genuine connection.
Alongside my counselling work, I’ve spent many years working in education, supporting children and teenagers with additional needs, including SEN and neurodivergent young people. This experience has shaped the way I work. I am patient, attuned, adaptable, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique way of being in the world.
The counselling space is yours. You set the pace. We can explore what feels important, whether that’s something very clear or something still taking shape. My aim is to offer a warm, grounded, and inviting environment where you feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
